The SOW describes the requirement to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to provide complete window washing services for approximately 10,050 windows across multiple buildings. The RFI provides details on the contract structure, including a base year with four one-year option periods. The VA is seeking responses from potential contractors to determine the appropriate procurement strategy, such as set-aside, sole source, or unrestricted. The RFI requests pricing information, sample documents, and other details to assist with market research.
