About this file
The document provided is a guidance on understanding the display of items in the OhioBuys platform for the Orphan Well - Vinton 3 project in Vinton County, Ohio. The Vinton 3 Project is part of Ohio's Orphan Well Program, a competitively bid project through the OhioBuys CSP900922 procurement platform, to plug nine (9) idle and orphaned wells in Vinton County. This is a mission-critical project to protect the public and the environment, as the plugging of orphan wells is required by statute. The document explains that recent updates to OhioBuys may cause the item list to display alphabetically rather than in the order they appear in the Scope of Work, and provides guidance on how to resort the items to match the Scope of Work quantity sheet order.
The document does not provide any information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient commercial details. The focus of the document is solely on the technical aspects of the item list display in the OhioBuys platform for this specific Orphan Well project in Vinton County, Ohio.
