About this file
This is an instructional document from OhioBuys explaining how to handle item list sorting issues in Orphan Well projects. The document addresses a specific technical issue where recent updates to OhioBuys cause the ITEM list to display alphabetically rather than in the order they appear in the Scope of Work (SOW). The document provides two examples - Example A shows items sorting alphabetically, which does not match the SOW quantity sheet order, and Example B demonstrates how to fix this by clicking the up arrow on the CODE column to resort the items to match the SOW quantity sheet order.
The document shows screenshots of the OhioBuys interface for project SRC0000012407 (Orphan Well - Hocking 6) and includes details of various line items such as Alternative Well Control Fluid, Approved Cement, Mobilization, Site Safety, Road Mats, and other construction-related items with their corresponding quantities and units of measure. The interface displays options for downloading in Excel format, submitting proposals, and managing currency in USD.
