About this file

This is a training solicitation issued by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management, for OSHA 10 Basic Industry Training services. The training will serve an estimated 60 staff members and will be conducted in-person at ODNR's New Philadelphia office during the week of March 2nd. The course consists of two consecutive days of instruction, with start times between 9-10 AM at the Division's discretion. All participants must receive a completion card or certificate. The ordering office is located at 2045 Morse Road, Building F, Columbus, OH 43229, and training will be delivered at 2207 Reiser Avenue SE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663, with Jason Simmerman serving as the primary contact. No specific response deadline or award date is provided in the solicitation document.

Bidding will be conducted through Ohio Buys, and proposals received outside this platform will not be considered. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder determined by calculating the low lot total, which is derived by multiplying the unit cost per participant by the estimated usage of 60 participants. All pricing must be all-inclusive on a per-participant basis and must include certificate processing fees; travel costs should be listed separately on the Port-to-Port charge line. The price submitted must cover both days of training. The winning bidder will be required to sign a services agreement and a Non-Member OPERS agreement, and must submit any technical requirements to the Division three weeks prior to the scheduled class date.
