Statement of Work

5th Axis CNC Acquisition for 305th Maintenance Squadron’s Aircraft Metals Technology Team

1.0 Design Requirements:

3.0 Delivery Requirements:

3.1 Delivery Address:

· Machine and any additional components IAW Quote# XXXXXXXXXXXXX will be shipped to 2201 Grissom Road, JBMDL, McGuire AFB, NJ 08641.

· All documentation (packing slips, shipping details) will reference this delivery location.

3.2 Driver Notification:

· The delivery driver will contact the requestor, Aircraft Metals Technology team at 609-754-2676 upon arrival to coordinate receipt of the machine and any additional components.

3.3 Receiving Process:

· The requesting work center, Aircraft Metals Technology, will be responsible for accepting and verifying the delivered machine and any components against the shipment documentation.

3.4 Machine Placement & Commissioning:

· Once delivery is complete, Aircraft Metals Technology will receive, uncrate, rig, rough level, and connect to utilities. Do Not Apply Power to the machine. Aircraft Metals Technology will contact Phillips Federal at 410-564-2900 to arrange for machines commissioning services.

· Phillips Federal will schedule a certified technician to come onsite and complete the commissioning of the machine. The commissioning includes verification of the electrical connections, final levelling, review and updating of the controller (if applicable), energizing the machine, operationally checking the machines spindle and axis drives, and geolocating the machine.

4.0 Installation Requirements:

4.1 Base Escort Coordination:

· The company technician will contact the Aircraft Metals Technology team at 609-754-2676 prior to arrival for escort access to the base.

4.2 Commission Machine:

· Phillips Federal will schedule a certified technician to come onsite and complete the commissioning of the machine which includes the following:

· Verification of the electrical connections

· Final levelling

· Review and updating of the controller software (if applicable)

· Energizing the machine

· Operationally checking the machines spindle and axis movements

· Geolocating the machine.

Additional Notes:

· All installation and delivery shall be completed before 30th of September 2025.

· All work will adhere to Phillips Federal, Haas, and applicable military base safety standards.

· The technician will complete the service in 1 business days.

· The process will not generate any hazardous waste.

· If any trash is generated from the service, the Aircraft Metals Technology team will discard it.
