NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Project Title: Mirion Technologies Inc Announcement No: FDA-2024-124768 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to MIRION TECHNOLOGIES, INC. for CP5-Plus Controllers total estimated value is less than 14K This sole source contracting action is a notice pursuant to FAR 5.203(a) for the requirement based on the application of FAR 6.302-1. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of this requirement.
This is an award under NAICS Code 334516. MIRION TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is the sole-source service provider for CP5-Plus Controllers. The time has come to replace the source tip. A one-year service contract will ensure that the FE-SEM can return to normal operations and will properly function for years to come with a new tip.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
