1.0 PURPOSE:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Energetics Technology Department in Indian Head, Maryland operates the LAU-61G/A Drill Rocker Launcher (DRL) System. This Procurement is for OPCloud. The Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Tools enabling either Object-Process Methodology (O-PM) (OPCloud) or System Modeling Language (SysML) (e.g., Cameo System Modeler) share a goal of reducing developmental system risk during the design phase, plus exert model-based manufacturing IHD Department. E3 electronics production has several curated Quality Production Plans of record employing the O- PM standard, as most of the manufacturing technicians lack an engineering degree and MBSE training of any kind -- but they know English), troubleshooting, and recapturing system understanding throughout a system product's lifecycle. The O-PM MBSE standard uses 50% structured English by definition, 1:1-correlated with its hierarchical system diagrams through all modeled system architectures using it. In effect, the OPCloud Toolkit is a Computer-Aided System Engineering (CASE) Software Tool that enables the O-PM MBSE Standard fully and at a human-readable level, effectively communicating complex systems understanding even among personnel needing an engineer's or software developer's advanced training.
