About this file

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document pertains to the Idaho Commission for Libraries' procurement of an online statistics collection tool. The Idaho Commission for Libraries seeks a commercial-off-the-shelf ("COTS") solution that is ready to run out of the box without requiring extensive customization or implementation. The tool must enable the collection, viewing, editing, and uploading of Idaho public library statistical data and library contact information to both state and federal databases, specifically the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and U.S. Census Bureau systems. The procurement must comply with Idaho Code 33-2611 and 33-2726. Proposals are due July 31, 2026. No information regarding site visits, bidder conferences, or award dates is provided in the available documentation.

No pricing terms, contract value, contract term, renewal options, set-asides, incumbent vendor information, or funding sources and amounts are disclosed in this RFQ file. The procurement focuses on acquiring a solution that integrates with both state and federal reporting infrastructure to streamline compliance and data management for Idaho's public library system.
