Pricing proposals must reflect prevailing wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations for San Mateo County and shall be submitted on a time-and-materials basis for repairs and on a per-week basis for installation, delivery, and removal of various fence configurations. Eligible proposers must hold an active California C-13 contractor license, maintain a staffed office within San Mateo County or within 55 miles of Redwood City, carry required insurance coverage, and provide three current client references. The County has adopted a Procurement Preference for Local Businesses Ordinance applicable to this solicitation.
