About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget's Printing Services division for RFQ #190000000064 for OK2SAY Banners. The project involves the production of banners with quantity options of 500, 1,000, 2,000, or 2,500 units. The notice indicates that while an award recommendation has been made, it does not guarantee an actual award, as Printing Services reserves the right to perform the work in-house. Protests must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Self Service system by the deadline posted on the notice.

Three vendors submitted bids for this project: Continental ID/General Form, Screen Graphics, and 4Imprint. Continental ID/General Form submitted the lowest bid across all quantity options, with prices ranging from $6,396.25 for 500 units to $17,191.25 for 2,500 units. Based on best value evaluation, Continental ID has been recommended as the vendor for this project. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Print Consultant Mark Miller, while questions about the outsource process should be addressed to Jerry W. M. Monroe, the DTMB/Printing Services Consulting & Pre-Press Manager.
