This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W50S78-23-Q-JY01 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 02 June 2023.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 531130, Lessors of Mini-warehouses and Self-Storage Units with a Small Business Size Standard of $47M. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror.
Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offered whose offer conforming to the solicitation.
The following is the list of items and descriptions requested under this RFQ:

252.203-7005 – Representation Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, System for Award.
52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
The Government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the Secretary of
Labor. The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 15 days.

52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 15 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 18 months.

Quotes are to be received electronically no later than 1000 hrs Central Time on 25 August 2023. The Government requires your quote remain valid for 120 calendar days from date of submission.
