About this file

This is an Offeror Response Signature Page for RFP BSFA 2027-0029 CSF Marketing Services issued by the State of Colorado. The document serves as the formal signature certification page that offerors must complete and submit as part of their proposal response. The signature page requires authorized representatives of the bidding organization to certify their company's commitment to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP and to acknowledge that the proposal is submitted in accordance with all specifications and requirements detailed in the solicitation documents.

The signature page establishes the legal and binding nature of the proposal submission, requiring authorized signatories to attest that their organization has the capacity and authority to perform the contracted services. This document is a standard component of formal procurement processes and must be completed accurately with appropriate signatures and dates to ensure proposal validity and compliance with Colorado's state contracting requirements.
