The Government shall exercise full and complete control over granting, withholding, or cancelling clearances for contract employees. The Government may grant temporary clearances to employees of the Contractor; however, the granting of a temporary clearance shall not be considered an assurance that full clearance shall in no way prevent, preclude, or bar the withdrawal or termination of any such clearances by the department.

Account Issuance: If any contract employees must be issued DOL Local Area Network (LAN) IDs, then each such employee must agree to abide by DOL network “Rules of Behavior” prior to receiving an ID. In addition, staff who are issued LAN IDs will need to follow DOL separation procedures. These procedures will be provided to the Contractor through the COR.
