8Are the Support SME needs for specified functions in the different branches or varrying requirements based on current needs?Anonymous AttendeeFor the Emerging Threats Identification and Risk Analysis Branch, the SOW specifies support to perform risk analysis and are not necessarily requiring specific specialty in CBRN or non-CBRN threats. For the Risk Management Branch, because of the specific products tailored to a CBRN or non-CBRN threat, appropriate specialized staff personnel may be needed during the development or update timeframe.3/25/24 13:253/25/24 13:34Joselito Ignaciojoselito.ignacio@fema.dhs.gov

10What is the estimated timeframe for a final solicitation for this opportunity?

Is it expected to be a total small business set aside?

What NAICS code is associated with this effort?Anonymous AttendeeFinal solicitation will go out next month. This will be a total small business set aside and the anticipated GSA MASs are 541611 and 541690 but this is subject to change3/25/24 13:273/25/24 13:30Tara ShirleyTara.Shirley@fema.dhs.gov
11Overall risk scores have three variables and appear to range from 1 to something greater than 45. Does each variable range from 1 to 5?Mark Thallermthaller@Securifense.comWe recognize that there are overlaps in the Risk Scores (e.g., 30 and above) to drive towards one of the three risk analysis branch products. This is where OET leadership consultation is needed, and also, there may be threats/hazards requiring two or all three of the products to be developed. There is definitely a semi-qualitative approach in this process.3/25/24 13:283/25/24 13:31Joselito Ignaciojoselito.ignacio@fema.dhs.gov

13We'd appreciate clarification of the following language within the SOW: "All personnel require access to information up to the Top Secret/SCI levels." As it reads curently, with the language "specified at the task order level" that follows, it sounds as though all contract support members should have a TS/SCI.Lauren Plainelplaine@gryphonscientific.comThe SOW states something differently.
