Service Code List - Attachment A.xlsx

This is a Service Code List attachment that specifies the procedural codes for which the Department of Labor's Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) requires benchmark pricing data. The attachment appears to be an Excel spreadsheet (Service Code List - Attachment A.xlsx) that enumerates the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), Current Dental Terminology (CDT), and other applicable codes that vendors must provide benchmark data for under solicitation OAA-26-00207. The codes listed serve as the baseline scope for the benchmark data services being requested, including charge amounts, allowed amounts, and supporting modifiers, multipliers, and conversion factors.

As part of this pre-solicitation Request for Information, potential contractors must be prepared to deliver benchmark pricing data for the codes identified in this attachment across all states and nationwide. The contractor will also be responsible for identifying derived versus actual rates, providing periodic updates, and offering customer support for data interpretation. This Service Code List is fundamental to understanding the technical requirements and deliverables expected in the full solicitation, ensuring that vendors understand precisely which codes must be included in their benchmark database offerings.
