About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a contract to conduct non-destructive and functional testing of twelve (12) service returned Tomahawk Fin Cable Cutters (Raytheon P/N 2220487-4, PacSci P/N 93770-04) at Pacific Scientific EMC in Chandler, AZ. The hardware will be furnished by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). The SOW defines the testing requirements, including visual inspection, bridgewire resistance, insulation resistance, electrostatic discharge, radiographic inspection, no-fire current, functional testing at cold and hot temperatures, and post-functional visual inspection. The contractor shall provide a test procedure and a technical report with all inspection and test results. The period of performance shall not exceed 6 months.

The related federal contract opportunity is a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Co.
