NX EQ STEAM STERILIZATION UNITS VENDOR RESPONSE SHEET.xlsx

This file is a pricing template spreadsheet for steam sterilization units accompanied by a Sources Sought Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center. The template lists 432 Contract Line Items (CLINs) for various AMSCO sterilizer models from Steris, including both 400 and 600 series units with different chamber sizes, door configurations (single/double), voltage options (208V, 240V, 480V), and mounting types (cabinet/recessed). Each CLIN requires pricing for 2 units per year across a base year and four option years.

The Sources Sought Notice indicates VA's intent to establish a national single-award Requirements contract for steam sterilization units under NAICS code 339113 with a 750-employee size standard. The contract will supply sterilizers to VA medical centers throughout the United States for sterilizing surgical instruments, implants, irrigation fluids, and other medical devices. The period of performance includes a 12-month base period plus four 12-month options. VA plans to issue this as a Brand Name or Equal contract, with Steris AMSCO models listed as the brand name products. No response deadline is specified in the notice.
