About this file
This document is a request for information appendix containing templates for respondents to provide details on product characteristics related to modernizing the Federal Spectrum Data System. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration is soliciting information on capabilities of offerings such as frequency assignment, spectrum certification, visualization, and IRAC management. Templates require information on levels of automation, users supported, compliance with standards like FISMA and FedRAMP, training required, and pricing. Licensing and cost models should also be included. The appendix provides definitions for assessing capability coverage levels and automation provided. Details on products and services sought will help the government understand solutions for modernizing its spectrum management system.
