Complex Construction. This contract provides for Non-Complex Construction (NC2) for military facilities at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. Subsequent Task Orders will be in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction. The work is expected to be complete by November 8, 2030. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and 33 proposals were received. Fiscal Year 2020 Operations and Maintenance Funds in the amount of

$2,000.00 per basic contract will be obligated at the time of award. 502d Contracting Squadron is the contracting activity (Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland; FA301621D0002, FA301621D0003, FA301621D0004, FA301621D0005, FA301621D0006, FA301621D0007, FA301621D0008 respectively). There is no known congressional interest pertaining to this acquisition.
