MMWEC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
The pricing for the LED streetlights and 7-pin controllers will be on a unit basis, and the proposals may be divided in a manner that is most advantageous to MMWEC and the participating MLPs, potentially resulting in multiple purchase awards of varying quantities. This procurement is being conducted through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) to replace existing high-pressure sodium and mercury vapor streetlights with energy-efficient LED technology across the participating MLP service territories.
