Offerors are requested to respond to this solicitation by returning the offer form(s) provided.

This is Request for Proposals (RFP). Electronic proposals will ONLY be accepted. Mailed or Hand carried offers delivered prior to the date and time set are NOT acceptable.

Hardcopy, original bid bond ONLY will be mailed according to Section M of the Clauses.
Photocopy bid bond will be emailed according to Section M of the Clauses.
Please note: If the Offeror is not registered in the https://beta.SAM.gov database as “Active” by the Offer due date and time, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
Processing time, which could take up to 3 weeks, should be taken into consideration when registering. Offerors who are not registered should consider applying for registration immediately upon receipt of this solicitation. It is FREE to register.
