The contract involves renewal services for the Impact Oregon website, including hosting, support, and transition-related activities. No response deadline, site visits, bidder meetings, or award dates are specified in this notice, as the procurement has already been approved and this announcement serves solely to inform the public of the decision.
The notice provides a seven-calendar-day protest period from the first date of publication during which any affected person may submit a written protest to the State Chief Procurement Officer. Protests must include detailed legal and factual grounds, a description of resulting harm to the affected person, and the relief requested, and must be delivered by mail or email to the specified addresses. The agency's single point of contact for questions regarding this special procurement is Traci Friedl at the ODHS Office of Contracts & Procurement. No pricing terms, funding sources, or other financial details are disclosed in this notice document.
