Market research failed to find other software that offers what Logicare does. In addition, market research could not find any value-added reseller capable of providing between 15 and 50 percent of value-added services to be considered for award. One hundred percent (100%) of value-added services would be provided solely by Logicare Corp., which is why the NAICS is 511210 and not 541519.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Facility seeks to procure this software license before September 30, 2020. No options for additional quantities or extension of terms of service were considered.
