About this file

This notice of intent to sole source announces the Defense Health Agency's plan to award a firm fixed price contract to Marvin Medi-Soft, LLC for neonatal intensive care unit nutrition software. The one-year base contract valued at approximately $47 million, with four one-year options, is for TPN2000 software currently used at Naval Medical Center San Diego. TPN2000 is a specialized program that provides customized total parental nutrition calculations for neonates based on medical diagnosis and prematurity. The notice seeks capability statements by September 19, 2023 from interested sources to demonstrate ability to provide the required software services, but indicates the intent to proceed with a sole source award to the incumbent, as TPN2000 is deemed the only solution meeting needs.
