About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for fingerprinting services issued by the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). EOUSA intends to award a Purchase Order to Fieldprint, Inc., located at 12000 Commerce Parkway, Suite 100, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The sole source justification is based on Fieldprint's unique ability to provide service locations within 75 miles of 94 U.S. Attorney's Office locations nationwide, as well as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.

The contractor must collect fingerprints in the required format per the National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB) and FBI standards and transmit them via NBIB's Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) program, the only authorized electronic transmission method. The period of performance is anticipated to be a 12-month base year beginning August 1, 2026, with four optional 12-month extension years through July 31, 2031.
