Intent to Sole-Source: USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract with a six-month base and two three-month options for professional financial and auditing support services to the USUHS FMG Directorate. Support includes but is not limited to preparing financial statements, preparing responses to audits, performing risk management, aiding in compliance with and testing of internal control, managing internal and external agreements, performing account analysis and reconciliation, and providing support in maintaining the organization's processes and procedures in accordance with directives and guidance.
Intended Recipient: 11th Hour Search LLC (11th Hour), 3110 Fairview Park Dr, STE 1200, Falls Church, Virginia, 22042-4503
Sole Source Justification: The U.S. General Services Agency (GSA) awarded and has administered the current contract with 11th Hour. The current contract will end in early November 2025 and there isn’t sufficient time to issue an RFP and award a new contract. The follow-on requirement will require source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15 due to the award magnitude. Therefore the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. USU intends to issue an RFP for the follow-on award in 2026.
