About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source, a special notice published by the U.S. International Trade Commission announcing its intent to award a Purchase Order to Statista Inc on a sole source basis under FAR 6.302-1 authority. The USITC will procure an enterprise license renewal for Statista's data analytics platform for use by the Office of Operations, Office of Economics, and Office of Industry and Competitiveness Analysis. The vendor is located at 140 Broadway, Suite 2120, New York, NY 10005-1140.
Statista provides statistical data and insights across 170 industries and over 150 countries, combining proprietary data collection with publicly sourced information from company annual reports and industry publications. The platform delivers customized output in PDF and Excel formats, along with finished reports and surveys. The USITC justifies the sole source award on the basis that no peer equivalent provides comparable statistical data across multiple industry sectors, subsectors, and segments with geographic diversity, original reporting, and third-party industry publications. The performance period includes a Base Year from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals extending through August 31, 2029. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. Any interested parties may submit information within five days of publication to Meaghann Peak, Contracting Officer, at meaghann.peak@usitc.gov. No Request for Quote will be issued, and telephonic inquiries are strongly discouraged.
