This document is a Notice of Intent for a contract modification. The War Media Activity (WMA) intends to modify existing contract HQ0516-21-C-0028 with Canadian Commercial Corporation to extend support for the Program Scheduling and Traffic Management (PSTM) system for six months, from 30 September 2026 through 31 March 2027. The modification will provide Broadview software service and support for the PSTM system installed at the AFN Broadcast Center in Riverside, California. This Notice of Intent is explicitly not a request for proposals or quotations. The government will accept written responses by 2:00 PM EST on 25 June 2026 solely to determine whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the government's best interest. Responses must be in writing and provide clear documentation of the offeror's capability to provide the required services at no cost or obligation to the government. Verbal responses are not acceptable. Questions should be submitted electronically to Acquisition Support Specialist Anthony LeAnder (anthony.m.leander.ctr@mail.mil) and Contracting Officer Nathan Mack (nathan.e.mack.civ@mail.mil). The applicable NAICS code is 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing).
