Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pursuant to (FAR) 6.302-1, The Office of Government Contracting Services (GCS) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Mathematica for State Child Welfare Data Linkages Descriptive Study for the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation.
The anticipated period of performance is September 2021 through September 2024.
FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Kehinde Adesina by the specified date in the beta.sam notice.
Any information received will be treated as market research information towards future similar or same requirements. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since the synopsis is not a request for proposal.
