About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for ABB Inc.'s Symphony+ System Maintenance and Repair Services at the NIH Research Triangle Park campus, under Notice ID No. 75N99025R00007 and NAICS Code 811210.
The requirement is for onsite engineering and technical maintenance support for the installed ABB Distributed Control System (DCS) Harmony Infi-90 System, which includes Bridge Rack Controllers and associated hardware that controls CHW and HTHW distribution across campus. The system uses proprietary ABB Symphony+ software for the Human System Interface (HSI) and requires specially trained ABB engineers/technicians for configuration and modifications. The government cites FAR 6.302-1 to justify the sole source award, stating ABB Inc. is the only known responsible source. Interested parties may submit capability statements to andrew.gathogo@nih.gov by January 17, 2025, though this notice is not a request for proposals.
