This is a Notice of Intent to Award Participating Addendum(s) under State of Oklahoma Solicitation number OK-SW-192, Construction Equipment.

The State of Oklahoma conducted an Interstate Cooperative Procurement, as the lead state, for its benefit and the benefit of the member states of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program (“NASPO ValuePoint”). The purpose of the Solicitation was to establish Master Agreements with manufacturers of new construction equipment and those supplied through the dealer networks located in the respective, Participating States. The objective of the RFP was to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities. The State of Oklahoma entered into five (5) Master Agreement(s) on behalf of itself and the members of NASPO ValuePoint with the successful Proposers.
The Master Agreement(s) resulting from the Solicitation may be used by the member states of NASPO and include all state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions. The initial term of the Master Agreements was two (2) years with renewal provisions for an additional three (3) years not to exceed Five (5) years as outlined in Section 3 of the NASPO ValuePoint Master Terms and Conditions (Attachment A).
