About this file

This Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source announces USU's plan to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Inter Agency Institute for the Institute for Federal Health Leaders Course. The course will run from February 3-14, 2025, with an optional CLIN for an additional course in FY25 (period TBD).

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) justifies the sole-source award by stating that Inter Agency Institute is the only provider of this executive-level health leadership course in the National Capital Region. This is a recurring requirement previously procured through the Defense Health Agency. The procurement will follow FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures. Interested parties may submit responses demonstrating their ability to compete by December 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM to joshua.broadman@usuhs.edu. Responses must prove competition would benefit the government without being cost or time prohibitive.
