About this file

This Notice of Intent announces USAID/West Africa's plan to modify Task Order #72062421F00005 with incumbent Tetra Tech ARD to extend the period of performance by approximately 2.5 months, from July 19, 2025 to September 30, 2025. The contract supports the West Africa Biodiversity and Low Emission Development (WABiLED) Activity, which promotes biodiversity conservation and climate-resilient, low-emissions development in West Africa.

The extension will allow activities to continue through a complete rainy season cycle for greater impact. The notice cites AIDAR 706.302-70(a)(2) authority for proceeding without competition due to foreign aid program considerations. Questions are due by December 30, 2024 at 17:00 Accra time to nderby@usaid.gov and vhollosy@usaid.gov. The work falls under PSC R499 (Professional Support Services - Other) and NAICS 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) with performance in West Africa.
