This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition - one responsible source. The applicable NAICS Code is 517919 and 518210. The USMC Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to:

Accelera Solutions, Inc.

12150 Monument Drive, Suite 800 Fairfax, VA 22033

The MCINCR-RCO intends to award this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for continuation of internet and data center components provided in two (2) parts to perform concurrently, (1) the internet service/ISP and (2) the infrastructure/cross connects/physical cage/power.

Procurement planning for this follow-on effort is currently in process, and award is expected to be made on or around October 22, 2020, in accordance with fair opportunity under Far Part 13 procedures.

The anticipated contract is for a period of performance from 30 October 2020 through 29 October 2021. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to genia.fouts@usmc.mil no later than 22 October 2020, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late responses will not be considered.
