About this file

Notice of Intent Summary

This is a Notice of Intent issued by the State of Oregon to purchase Tableau software through the Omnia Partners Cooperative purchasing agreement. The notice announces the state's intention to acquire Tableau software licenses and related services using an existing cooperative contract vehicle that allows for streamlined procurement without conducting a traditional competitive bid process. The cooperative purchasing approach enables the state to leverage pre-negotiated pricing and terms established through Omnia Partners' procurement framework.

The Notice of Intent serves to inform potential vendors and stakeholders of Oregon's software acquisition plans through the cooperative mechanism, which typically provides pricing advantages and accelerated procurement timelines compared to standard competitive solicitation processes. By utilizing the Omnia Partners cooperative agreement, Oregon can access established vendor relationships and pre-approved pricing structures while maintaining procurement compliance and transparency.
