WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a five year, sole source, fixed-price Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) with OHD, LLLP, 2687 John Hawkins Parkway, Hoover, AL, 35244, for the purpose of procuring annual calibration, maintenance and software upgrades to its existing Quantifit Fit Testers.
The FBI requires annual calibration, maintenance, and software upgrades to its forty (40) existing Quantifit Fit Testers, manufactured by OHD, LLLP. The service must be performed by a manufacturer authorized representative to maintain warranty of the equipment. OHD, LLLP does not authorize any other vendors to work on their equipment.
Based on market research and Government end-users, it has been determined that OHD, LLLP is the sole owner and manufacturer of the Quantifit Fit Tester systems and the only source capable of providing the required calibration, maintenance and software upgrades to the existing Quantifit Fit Testers.
