About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston intends to award a sole source contract to Allen Enterprises Inc. for the delivery of two (2) computers to upgrade the airfield ADB lighting control system at North Field North, SC to meet Air Force security system requirements. The justification for the sole source award is that Allen Enterprises is the only manufacturer and distributor in the Southeast Region of the proprietary parts needed for this upgrade. The Government will continue to monitor the market for potential alternative sources for future requirements. The anticipated cost of the contract is fair and reasonable.
