DESCRIPTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with A1/Umpqua Valley Fire Services for monthly inspection and servicing of VA-owned Portable Fire Extinguishers in Roseburg, OR. NAICS 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical monthly on-site inspections and servicing at the Roseburg VA Medical Center equal to A1/Umpqua Valley Fire Services. Responses must be received no later than 2:00pm Pacific on 24 Jun 2022. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov.
