Notice of Intent to Sole Source
This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a noncompetitive sole source purchase order issued by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Office of Acquisitions, to Roche Diagnostics, Corp. for one LightCycler® 480 Block Kit 384 Silver, classified under NAICS Code 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The requirement supports laboratory research operations within the Division of Intramural Research requiring high-throughput real-time PCR analysis. The acquisition is conducted under FAR Subpart 12.102(a) as a commercial products purchase and is governed by applicable FAR clauses including 52.212-1 through 52.212-4, along with supplemental clauses addressing whistleblower rights, Iran sanctions compliance, electronic payment, and IT accessibility requirements.
Interested parties may submit responses demonstrating bona fide capabilities to fulfill the requirement by September 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT via electronic submission to noelle.decenzo@nih.gov, referencing solicitation number 75N98026Q01010.
