All work must comply with DEA, EPA, OSHA, DOT, FDA, and VA requirements and policies. The contract period of performance is one base year with four one-year option periods. The estimated acquisition value exceeds $25,000 but does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. Simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13 will be used. This requirement is not set aside for small business; all responsible sources may respond.
