No late proposals will be accepted.
5) Any catalog, brand name or manufacturer’s reference in this RFB is absolute – not just descriptive – and are intended to indicate type, model and quantity desired. If vendor takes no exception to specifications referenced in this RFB, brand names, models, etc. as specified, must be furnished.
6) All items proposed must be new, not reconditioned, including containers or packaging suitable for shipment and storage, unless otherwise indicated on the proposal.

Any information within a proposal that a vendor considers to be proprietary should be identified as such in writing. Selection or rejection of a vendor’s proposal does not affect this right.
9) At the discretion of the Owner, the vendor may be required to secure a Labor and Materials surety bond for all products and services indicated. The vendor should anticipate this surety cost and include on the bid form where noted. Proof of bond purchase will be required before invoicing for the bond cost. If no bond is required, the projected bond cost will be refunded to the Owner via credit invoice.
The following specifications are intended to define the base requirements of the Owner for an Earthwalk carts with power management for the HP Chromebook 14. The vendor is responsible for providing documentation that the product or manufacturer meets the requirements at the time of the response opening. A lack of documentation will constitute non-compliance with the requirement and is considered incomplete and can be thrown out.
Whether or not the company or product will meet the requirements in the future is not relevant for this proposal: compliance must exist at the time of the bid opening. All items noted must be priced, indicating unit and extended pricing. Any discounts or rebates (to the benefit of the Owner) not implied by the noted model reference should be noted under separate cover, indicating the line item discount as a deduction to the proposed base bid or alternate pricing requested.
