About this file
This document is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form, a standard legal document used in government procurement processes to ensure fair bidding practices. The form requires the bidder to certify under penalties of perjury that their bid or proposal has been submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other entity. The definition of "person" in this context is broad, encompassing natural persons, businesses, partnerships, corporations, unions, committees, clubs, and other organizational groups.
The form provides blank lines for the signature of the individual submitting the bid or proposal and the name of their business. By signing, the bidder attests that they have not engaged in any collaborative or fraudulent activities that would unfairly manipulate the bidding process. This document is a critical component of maintaining integrity and fair competition in government contract procurement, ensuring that all potential vendors submit independent, genuine proposals.
