All responsible sources may express interest to meet this requirement to Craig Redd by 10:00 a.m. CST on Friday, September 11, 2026, by email to Craig.Redd@va.gov. Any response must demonstrate clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government by providing business size and socio-economic status information (including small business, disadvantaged business, HUBZone, woman-owned, SDVOSB, or VOSB certifications) and the firm's UEI and SAM registration status. Non-OEM contractors must provide authorization letters from SCIREQ Inc. confirming their authorization to supply OEM parts and equipment.
