About this file

The contract will be awarded to Yokogawa Corporation of America under solicitation number 75N98026Q00096 (NAICS Code 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance). The scope of work includes maintenance and preventive maintenance services for a Yokogawa CV8000 high-throughput microscopy system equipped with a kinetics dispenser module (NIH property ID 02115924, Serial number 95VC00053) and a Dell Precision 7920 Workstation (NIH property ID 02176143). The contract is firm-fixed-price and will be performed at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI) in Bethesda, Maryland, for a period of twelve months from the contract award date. The sole-source award is justified under FAR 13.106-1(b) based on market research determining that Yokogawa Corporation of America is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and only authorized source capable of providing the required highly specialized maintenance, repairs, and technical support. A Sources Sought Notice posted to www.sam.gov for five days yielded no additional responses. All responsible sources may submit capability statements by the closing response date of 12:00 PM EST on April 7, 2026, to Contracting Specialist Michelle Bills at Michelle.bills@hhs.gov, though the Government retains sole discretion regarding final award determination.
