Questions and Answers #2 October 26, 2015
Q: Is there a limit on how many proposals a company can submit as an applicant to the Solicitation or to a specific subtopic?
A: No, there is no limit as long as the solutions are different. I would recommend, though, that when you email the proposal you ensure that you provide a unique title of the project to help ensure that NOAA does not accidently consider it a duplicate proposal.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of awards to any one applicant can receive if submitting multiple proposals?
A: No, there is no limit.
Q: If we choose to be a subcontract to other prime offerors, is there a limit on how many proposals we can be a subcontractor with?
A: No, there is not a limit.
In order to ensure fair competition, all communication must be routed through the CO to ensure all potential offerors receive the same information.
