1. On the RML tab, there is a Nature package. We don’t see a tab listing out the titles in that package – can you provide?
Answer: The nature package will be removed.
2. Pricing: NIH will have customized pricing, unless we are the incumbent it will be difficult for us to provide a benchmark without authority from NIH. Please also be aware that publishers do not confirm new pricing until the fall of 2014. Can we confirm the relationships we have with pricing and provide an estimated figure as a percentage figure.
Answer: Providing the best estimate and the corresponding processing fee will be sufficient for the bidding. However permissions will be granted for bidding purposes if requested.
3. We would also request an extension to the RFP deadline.
Answer: We will do an extension of the RFP submission date to Thursday September 11th
4. Can you confirm the requirements for the Pertinent Contracts section of the Business Proposal? There is similar language the Past Performance Information on page 33, but the two sections seem to conflict.
Answer: Please provide as much information as available for past performance and/or pertinent contracts.
