QUESTION AND ANSWER 3
QUESTION
Can you please clarify the extent of financial data required in this RFP.
ANSWER
Prices offered should include any Government trade discount. In order for the government to give proper consideration toward awarding a contract, your proposal should be accompanied by a published price list or other cost information used to establish the prices offered.
Award may be made without further discussions; therefore, your proposal should be submitted initially on the most favorable terms your firm can submit to the Government.
The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. It is understood that your proposal will become part of the official file on this matter without obligation to the Government.
QUESTION
Item 17 on the animal list indicated "Cercopithecus aethiops"- please confirm if Green monkeys of African origin is what is being required, or is it Caribbean origin that is desired (and often used in past)-?
ANSWER
Each proposal should clearly state what they can provide, Chlorcebus aethiops pygerythrus or Chlorcebus aethiops sabaeus.
