Statement of Work Summary: 21 CS Communications Cabinet Installation

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the U.S. Space Force's 21st Communications Squadron detailing cabinet installation services at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. The project encompasses the removal of two existing communications cabinets (208 and 207) and the installation of four new GL840ES-2442-B-MS cabinets in Building 1038's tech control facility located at 175 E Stewart Avenue, Peterson SFB, CO 80914.

The work is divided into two scopes. Scope A involves replacing two existing cabinets in their current location, requiring site preparation with photography and cable labeling, temporary cable tray support fabrication, disconnection of four horizontal PDUs, removal of existing cabinets to a designated staging area, positioning and anchoring new cabinets to the concrete floor, re-alignment of Unistrut cable trays, installation of Eaton SRGROUND grounding systems in each new cabinet, and final inspection and cleanup. Scope B entails installing two additional new cabinets at the row-end location on the concrete floor, including site preparation to mark and remove decorative tile at anchor points, cabinet positioning and alignment, floor anchoring, installation of Eaton SRGROUND grounding systems, and final inspection. All work must be completed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. local time, excluding holidays). The SOW assumes that 21 CS will provide necessary materials, personnel support, facility access, badging, and that no security clearance, change control procedures, or aerial work platforms are required.
