About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the engineering and integrated logistics support services required for the Post Production Support (PPS) phase of the T-45 aircraft. The SOW identifies the scope of support to be provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) across various funding sources, including Aircraft Procurement, Navy (APN), Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), and Operations and Maintenance, Navy (OMN). Key tasks include providing technical support, investigations, and analyses; maintaining and delivering technical data; preparing engineering change proposals; and providing integrated logistics support. The SOW also references a related federal contract opportunity for this work, which is a pre-solicitation notice for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period starting in FY25. The notice seeks responses from businesses of all sizes, with a particular focus on small businesses, to provide capabilities for the required engineering and logistics support services.
