About this file
This document is a Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement (NDA) for the 9mm Close Combat Mission Capability Kit (CCMCK) program issued by the Department of the Army's Project Manager Maneuver Ammunition Systems. The NDA restricts the recipient's use of technical data and information to solely preparing a proposal for solicitation W15QKN-25-R-0050, prohibiting disclosure to third parties and requiring stringent data protection measures.
The related federal contract opportunity seeks sources to produce 9mm marking cartridges for a weapon conversion system that allows soldiers to use low-velocity, non-lethal ammunition in M17, M18, M9, M11 pistols, and M4 Carbines. The government plans a single Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for approximately 24,800,000 cartridges, with initial delivery of 500,000 per month starting 120 days after award. Interested companies must submit detailed capabilities information by 3:00 PM Eastern on May 16, 2025, including manufacturing capacities, production timelines, and design verification plans. The ammunition must meet MIL-PRF-32312 specifications and be compatible with current CCMCK weapon conversion systems.
